Standard Liege reach agreement to sign Rayan Touzghar from PAU

Standard Liege have reached an agreement with PAU to sign Rayan Touzghar for approximately €1M. The deal includes a sell-on clause for the Ligue 2 side. The player is scheduled to undergo a medical examination this Thursday to finalize the move.(@sachatavolieri)
