Ignacio Malcorra terminates contract with Independiente

Ignacio Malcorra has reached an agreement to terminate his contract with Independiente. The 38-year-old midfielder, who had a deal running until December, has rescinded his agreement with the club following a difficult spell. He is now a free agent and is closing in on a return to Union Santa Fe. Malcorra made 17 appearances for the club, recording one goal and three assists.(Olé)
