Valentín Barco signs for Chelsea from Strasbourg

All documents are signed for Valentín Barco to complete his move from Strasbourg to Chelsea. The agreement for the transfer has been in place since May. The Argentinian is set to be officially announced as a new Chelsea player shortly.(@FabrizioRomano)
