Levante sign Hugo Sotelo on loan from Celta Vigo

Levante have signed midfielder Hugo Sotelo on a season-long loan from Celta Vigo. The 22-year-old will leave the Galician club temporarily to gain experience with Levante for the duration of the campaign. Celta Vigo have officially sanctioned the move as part of his development.(Foot Mercato)
